The launch of the Poteaupré dates back to 2007. Its name originates in the 16th century from the name of a local watchtower: "Postiau pré".
Its round shape, its bloomy crust, its smooth and creamy texture, its sharp, strong and distinctive taste make this cheese the cream of Trappist cheeses.
Perfect pairing
The Poteaupré goes perfectly with every Chimay and particularly with the Chimay Gold.
