Chimay cheese With Beer invites you to a unique gustatory adventure. Born from the alliance of the ancestral know-how of the Abbey’s cheese makers and brewers, each portion offers an explosion of flavours. From the very beginning of the production process, Chimay Blue beer, the brewery’s flagship product, is mixed directly into the milk to impart its subtle flavours to the cheese. When smelling, you will find the brewer’s yeast isolated by Father Théodore in 1948 and still used as a base for making Chimay’s Trappist beers. Its inimitable personality, intense taste and creamy texture will fill the palate of connoisseurs.
