Chimay Yellow is a refreshing beer that immediately offers rich aromas, with elegantly harmonious spicy and fruity notes. On the nose, it boasts the freshness of citrus fruits, enhanced by a distinct zest of cardamom and coriander. A touch of red apple provides a gentle, fruity touch, while subtle nuances of aniseed and vanilla further enhance its aromatic complexity.

This opulence is prolonged on the palate. The spiciness strikes a perfect balance with the liveliness of the citrus fruits. The dry and refined finish fades gently to an elegant spicy note.

Chimay Yellow, the latest of our Trappist range, is a celebration of 175 years of brewing at the Abbey of Scourmont. Chimay Yellow is brewed at the abbey in the purest Trappist tradition and embodies the authenticity, quality and expertise that are Chimay’s signature. It is an exceptional new addition, to be discovered and shared, which enriches our brewing heritage.
